Job Description - Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and confident Support Specialist to join our team at National Water Company in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist with training and onboarding new customers - Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns - Stay up to date on product updates and new features - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a technical support role - Motivated and confident personality - Strong time management skills - Creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
