Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Mobily in Jeddah, SA. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex problems - Document and report customer feedback to improve our products and services - Provide training and support to customers on using our products - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service


Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer support - Adaptable to changing priorities and situations - Strong research and project management skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
