Job Description:

SABIC is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to remote teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to employees and clients - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems - Document and track support tickets in a timely manner - Monitor and maintain remote systems for optimal performance - Train remote employees on new technologies and best practices - Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations
