Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to work from home in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable and motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner 3. Assist with client onboarding and training 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer support role 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 6. Adaptability and strong planning skills
