Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Saud Consult, a leading consulting firm based in Jeddah, SA, is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, making it ideal for individuals looking for flexibility in their work schedule.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues - Update and maintain customer records in the database - Assist in testing new software and systems - Create and update documentation for internal and external use - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resilient and independent, able to work effectively without direct supervision - Excellent decision-making abilities and creativity in problem-solving - Familiarity with basic technical concepts and software applications - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
