Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The primary responsibility of the Remote Web Chat Assistant will be to provide excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, support, and assistance - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use innovative problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable personality traits are essential - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong innovation and problem-solving skills
