Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a proactive and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to answer queries, provide information, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being communicated to customers. 5. Update customer accounts and records with relevant information from chat interactions. 6. Monitor website chat activity and respond promptly to incoming messages. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on common customer questions and issues to help improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant technology. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
