Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time associate level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and dedication to their work.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support with inquiries, orders, and issues. 2. Utilize emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate and problem solve with customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Contribute to the development and improvement of the web chat platform by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements. 6. Meet performance targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service best practices.
