We are seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Medina, SA. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through chat platforms on our website. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, innovative, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support - Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers online - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
