Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at SABIC in Jeddah, SA. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers in navigating our website and online platforms - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Adaptable personality to handle various customer scenarios - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns effectively - Project management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
