Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time, entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it ideal for those looking to start their career in the food and catering industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, updating their account information, and resolving any issues they may have - Work independently to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Use strong planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company - Strong planning skills to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - Must be able to work part-time hours and be available to assist customers during peak periods
