Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is perfect for an individual with at least 3 years of experience who is looking to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information about products and services - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting any technical issues they may be experiencing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Motivated and hardworking - Proficient in using web chat software - Knowledge of telecommunication industry trends is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
