Job Description: We are looking for a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Al Tazaj. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Monitor web chat performance and suggest improvements - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management
Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication skills - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other relevant software
