Job Description:
Bawan Company is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team remotely, based in Mecca, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and driven, with strong persuasion and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Help customers navigate the company's website and online services - Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
