Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Mecca, SA. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong planning and organization skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems. 6. Ability to work autonomously and independently.
