Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate and resourceful, with excellent persuasion and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Offer product recommendations and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software. 6. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
