Web Chat Associate

Job Description: Saudi Post is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving technical issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions to better assist customers - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient mindset to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy - Leadership skills to take charge of resolving issues and guiding customers through the process - Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
