Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Our company values reliability and drive, and we are looking for someone who is cooperative and communicates effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via web chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality - Utilize knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed - Continuously learn and improve knowledge of products and services

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
