Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a skilled Web Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support. 2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all customer interactions. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 4. Utilize resources effectively to provide timely and accurate information to customers. 5. Assist with data entry and record-keeping as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries. 7. Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and establish trust.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat setting. 2. Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent problem-solving skills. 3. Strong presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
