Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

The Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a reliable and passionate Web Chat Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the web chat system and processes - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Previous experience in customer service or web chat support - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems - Must be reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service
