Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and resilient Web Chat Associate to join our team at Mobily in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing customer support through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assist customers with their purchases. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information. 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changing situations. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Excellent research skills to find information and solutions quickly. 4. People management skills to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
