Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description: The National Water Company is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing support to our customers through online chat services. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries. 2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns. 3. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Reliable with strong communication skills. 3. Confidence in dealing with customers and providing solutions. 4. Ability to conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
