Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Savola Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service and web chat management. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and resilient.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor a team of remote chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat conversations to maintain quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to enhance the web chat experience

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service and web chat management - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Familiarity with customer service metrics and KPIs - Bachelor's degree preferred
