Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the web chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the web chat platform aligns with company goals and objectives - Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the web chat platform and make recommendations for improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously enhance the platform - Train and mentor team members on best practices for web chat communication - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Attention to detail and creativity as soft skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Visa sponsorship available
