Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Manager to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Mecca, SA. As a part-time associate level position, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to engage with customers and provide support. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the web chat platform in a timely manner - Develop and implement chat scripts and strategies to provide efficient and effective customer support - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information - Analyze chat data and trends to optimize performance and improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging chat content and promotions - Train and supervise chat agents to ensure quality service and adherence to company policies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for web chat management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong communication and customer service skills - Creativity and project management skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat management software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
