Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and efficiency. - Train and supervise web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Analyze web chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: - Previous experience in web chat management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude. - Strong presentation and analytical skills. - Knowledge of CRM systems and web chat platforms. - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
