Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Sipchem in Riyadh, SA. In this part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level, you will be responsible for managing the web chat platform for our company, ensuring a seamless and effective communication channel with our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support as needed. 2. Implement strategies to optimize customer engagement through the web chat channel, driving user satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from chat interactions and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. 4. Develop and implement training programs for chat agents to ensure consistency in communication and adherence to company policies. 5. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to senior management. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve performance and efficiency. 7. Lead and mentor a team of chat agents, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and achieve KPIs. 8. Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, encouraging innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7 years of experience in web chat management or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Resourceful and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proven experience in strategic planning and leadership. 6. Proficiency in chat platform tools and technology. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
