Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a talented Web Chat Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in web chat management. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the web chat system on our website, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience for visitors. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform. 3. Monitor and analyze web chat data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Train and supervise a team of web chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align web chat initiatives with overall business goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in web chat management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in web chat software and tools. 6. Experience in team management and leadership.
