Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in web chat management at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely responses - Train, supervise, and support a team of web chat agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize performance and results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between web chat and other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries as needed

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in web chat management - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong people management skills - Ability to conduct research and analyze data to drive decision-making - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs - Proficiency in relevant software and tools
