Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to work from home. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the company's web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues through the web chat platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer service process. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to innovate and adapt to changing customer needs and market trends. 5. Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment to effectively manage the web chat platform. 6. Proficient in using web chat software and customer service tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
