Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the live chat function on our website. This is a work-from-home position based in Medina, SA.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all website visitors - Train and support a team of chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with various departments to coordinate responses and gather information to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and driven personality - High level of attention to detail - Experience in people management - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in chat platforms and CRM systems
