Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management and be able to work at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat customer service team 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat service 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure excellent customer service 4. Train and mentor web chat agents to improve their performance and customer satisfaction 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner 8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 4. Excellent time management skills 5. Resourceful and energetic personality traits 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software
