Web Chat Officer

The Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and online communication.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge of company products and services to offer solutions and upsell when appropriate - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat communication

Requirements: - Hardworking individual with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for customer service - Strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members and drive results - Proficient in conducting research to gather information and improve customer interactions - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with web chat platforms and a strong understanding of online customer service principles
