Remote Web Chat Officer

ACWA Power is currently seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and strong decision-making skills - Experience working in a customer service or web chat role - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and related software
