Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is looking for a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website. You will need to be resilient and reliable, with strong emotional intelligence and excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Keep thorough records of all interactions with customers for quality assurance purposes. 5. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer experience. 7. Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support role. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a high level of self-motivation. 5.
