Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to start a career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide excellent customer service and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
