Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with our clients. This position is perfect for someone who is independent, motivated, and has strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with online orders and transactions - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Meet performance targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Fluent in both Arabic and English - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - High school diploma or equivalent
