Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

The Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and confident, with strong people management and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our services - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze chat interactions and provide insights to improve customer service processes - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong people management and analysis skills
