Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Web Chat Officer to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Conduct online sales transactions and process payments - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Work closely with other departments to coordinate customer orders and deliveries - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred
