Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat on our website. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other duties as needed to support the customer service team

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
