Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Web Chat Officer to join our team at Panda Retail Company. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home, based in Jeddah, SA. The ideal candidate will be an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide excellent customer service and support - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers efficiently - Research product information and promotions to provide accurate and helpful responses - Use persuasion techniques to upsell products and services to customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to navigate web chat platforms effectively - Adaptable and energetic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills and ability to quickly gather information to assist customers - Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
