Web Chat Officer - Work from home

As a Web Chat Officer at Panda Retail Company, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. We are looking for an Associate Level candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with order placement and product recommendations - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Meet KPIs and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and energetic personality - Soft skills in negotiation and decision-making - Experience using web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
