Web Chat Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a confident and driven Web Chat Officer to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, work-from-home position located in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and providing support through web chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to present information effectively - Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues promptly - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred
