Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Officer at Savola Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms from the comfort of your own home. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable with strong communication skills - Ability to problem-solve and persuade customers effectively - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and computer/laptop - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
