Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Web Chat Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through online chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and professional communication - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and performance evaluation purposes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Adaptability and strategic planning soft skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills
