Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role allows for remote work from home, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing company. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries. 2. Monitor and respond to customer queries and issues promptly and professionally. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support. 4. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. 5. Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve customer experience and efficiency. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. 7. Assist in developing strategies to enhance the web chat platform for optimal performance.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Proficiency in typing and multitasking. 3. Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights. 4. Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment. 5. Previous experience in a customer service or web chat role. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and chat platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
