Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing web chat conversations with customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and customers - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Strategic planning skills - Strong cooperation skills - Remote work flexibility - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
