Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team at Panda Retail Company in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through our online chat platform to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and promote brand loyalty - Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Adaptability to changing priorities and work demands - Planning skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines
