Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and independent Web Chat Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat conversations with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle customer issues and complaints. 5. Creative problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Reliable and independent work ethic to work effectively in a remote environment. 7. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
