Job Description:
Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a tactful and effective manner - Utilize negotiation skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Innovate and suggest improvements to the web chat process to enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills and a knack for innovation - Ability to work independently and within a team dynamic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
